Refunds and Substitutions: WisHHRA reserves the right to substitute programs due to unforeseen events. Refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 8th, 2024. Participant substitutions can be made until 12pm CT on April 11, 2024.
