  • Respond to escalated Tier I inquiries into the Human Resources Service Center via telephone or the case management tool utilizing all available tools and resources
  • Document incoming calls using a case management tool to resolve issues within identified service level agreements
  • Proactively escalate issues to Tier II or functional teams on the customer’s behalf to ensure timeliest service

Compensation and Benefits Specialist - Posted 2/6/20

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to:

  • Process compensation and benefit related entries such as job code creation and changes, newly eligible benefit paperwork, COBRA processing, etc.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys by identifying appropriate job matches and submitting applicable data. Obtain results and communicate to team.  Monitor and track survey budget to ensure invoices for surveys are paid.
  • Coordinate with compensation survey and benefit vendors as necessary to meet required deadlines. Performs routine audits of compensation, benefits and job data and correct in the HRIS system as appropriate to ensure the integrity of the information.
  • Administers bonus programs which may include interim assignments, sign on, retention, certification and incentives. Insures proper approval, communication and implementation of payments.
