We welcome Jeremy Gerardy as this month's featured WisHHRA Webinar Presenter. Jeremy is the Senior Financial Consultant and Retirement Plan Advisor at AssuredPartners. This month's webinar will focus on current labor market trends and the impact on healthcare organizations, suggest actionable steps that can be taken to enhance the benefit stack to attract and retain employees, and provide ideas on how to differentiate and market to perspective employees more effectively.

With over seven years of experience working with retirement plans, Jeremy’s experience allows him to work closely with plan sponsors to offer robust retirement benefits designed to attract and retain employees while reducing the amount of time spent on administration. This includes plan reviews, plan design analysis, investment monitoring, fee benchmarking and renegotiations, provider benchmarking and analysis, and employee communication strategies.

Jeremy also works with plan participants to coach and guide them to greater heights of financial independence.

Jeremy earned the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation and currently holds licenses in the following areas:
